Warranty Information
Kemptech Computers, Inc. ("Kemptech") warrants all "Kemptech" branded new computer systems purchased from Kemptech to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one calendar year from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser ("Customer"). Kemptech will repair or replace original parts for free during the warranty period at the Kemptech service center at 2302 Sam Houston Ave., Liberty, TX. Customer is responsible for transportation of Computer to the Kemptech Service Center for warranty Service.
Kemptech will not warranty computers damaged by lightning strikes, power spikes, damage from third party devices, or any other types of abuse. Kemptech�s warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse from transportation. Kemptech�s warranty does not extend to software viruses, corrupted software or data. Kemptech�s warranty will be rendered null and void if the anti-tamper label on the rear of the computer is broken or removed.
Kemptech disclaims all other warranties; expressed or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Kemptech�s responsibility for warranty claims is limited to repair and replacement as set forth in Kemptech�s applicable warranty statement in effect on the date on the Customer�s invoice. Kemptech reserves the right to modify its warranty at any time, at its sole discretion.
All software provided is subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. Customer agrees to be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal broken. Kemptech does not warranty software under this agreement. Warranties, if any, for the software are contained in the license agreement that governs its purchase and use.
